I represent and warrant that I created this audio, own or control all necessary rights to it, or have obtained all required licenses, permissions, and clearances to upload it to FLBattles. I grant FLBattles a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, host, stream, reproduce, display, and make this audio available as part of FLBattles competitions, voting, rankings, moderation, and related site features. If this audio is approved as a sample, I understand that other FLBattles users may use it within FLBattles competitions to create and submit battle entries. I understand that I am solely responsible for the audio I upload and that FLBattles may reject, remove, disable, or restrict access to any upload at any time if it may violate copyright, site rules, or applicable law.
Do not upload copyrighted loops, melodies, drums, vocals, or other audio unless you created them yourself or have permission to submit them for this use.
