2. Takedown notices
A copyright notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material on FLBattles that is claimed to infringe, include enough information for us to locate the material, include contact information for the complaining party, include a good-faith statement, include an accuracy statement, and include a physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to appropriate jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat infringers
FLBattles may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content or repeatedly violate copyright rules.
5. Removal and moderation
FLBattles may remove, restrict, or disable access to content at any time when we believe it may violate copyright, site rules, or applicable law.
